YOUR REPORT, EXPLAINED

Good intel.
Clear expectations.

We collect the beer and venue details you submit, the observation date and optional time, any source link or notes, and the optional name and email you provide.

What may become public

Reviewed beer, venue, price, date, notes, and public source links may be used in our guides or structured data. Don’t include private information in these fields. A report remains unverified until it is checked; review does not guarantee publication.

What stays private

Your name and email are for questions about your report. They are not published or added to a mailing list. Report details are stored with Cloudflare. If email notifications are enabled, a transactional email provider sends a short alert to the site operator; your contact details are kept out of that alert.

Spam prevention

We use a temporary signed form token, a hidden spam field, and daily submission limits. We store a daily keyed hash derived from your IP address for rate limiting, not your raw IP address in the submission database. No account or tracking cookie is needed. Cloudflare may process request metadata to operate and protect the site.

Corrections and removal

To request a correction or removal, use the submission form with the original venue and date, select “no longer available,” and explain the request in the notes. Include an email if you want a reply. We remove optional contact details from reports after 90 days during queue maintenance; reviewed beer and venue facts may be retained as historical records.
